Flint is a self-improving system for performance marketing that connects to brands' ad accounts and autonomously optimizes them by creating landing pages and running continuous learning loops to improve conversions. The company recently signed a Fortune 10 customer and achieved a 50% reduction in customer acquisition cost within 48 hours. Flint is backed by Accel, Sheryl Sandberg's SBVP, and Neo, and is led by co-founders Michelle Lim (former Engineer #1 and Head of Growth/Product at Warp) and Max Levenson (engineering leader at Nuro and Engineer #2 at Vooma).
As an Engagement Manager, you are the primary point of contact for 20-30 customer accounts and own the full lifecycle from kickoff through renewal. You will learn each customer's business deeply, develop account strategy, run pilots and experiments hands-on within Flint's platform, and present results to marketing teams and executives. Your responsibilities include setting up and tracking pilots, building account plans with clear goals and testing roadmaps, reviewing the agent's landing pages and ads before deployment, designing and interpreting experiments, leading customer check-ins and readouts, and escalating issues as needed. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to keep accounts on track, and you'll identify customer pain points that can be transformed into new agent capabilities and standardized engagement playbooks.
You report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. Over time, the account management approaches you develop become the template for how Flint scales growth across all customers.
