As Engagement Director, you will be a senior individual contributor and executive-facing trusted advisor to FlowX.AI's most complex and high-profile clients. You own the full engagement lifecycle—from adoption and enablement through renewal, upsell, and long-term partnership growth—ensuring the platform delivers transformational business value.

• Own overall program success across assigned engagements: develop integrated program plans, establish governance frameworks, and drive executive decision-making with clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
• Own the account's adoption strategy by sponsoring Centre of Excellence development and structured enablement programs (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) that make platform usage self-sustaining within the client organization.
• Own the account's renewal path—monitor account health and licensed capacity, ensure renewals happen on time, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities ahead of renewal milestones.
• Serve as the second-tier escalation point for complex delivery matters, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely resolution and escalating unresolved issues to the Head of Customer Success.
• Identify and shape expansion opportunities within existing accounts using consultative selling skills to build the business case, partnering with Account Executives to advance them commercially.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI, with direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or strategic technology transformation programs, with 8+ years in a technology-focused organization.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with executive and C-suite stakeholders through industry expertise, business acumen, and technology leadership—ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong sales and business development acumen: experienced in consultative selling, opportunity identification, and building the business case for expansion within existing accounts.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams; able to speak credibly about integrations, platform architecture, and implementation patterns.
• Demonstrated success leading client engagements in complex, geographically distributed, matrixed environments, with exceptional stakeholder management and escalation leadership.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to drive outcomes through influence and collaboration across fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
