Cornerstone is seeking an Enablement Hub Lead to own AI-primary onboarding and early role readiness for new Services team members in India. Reporting to the Services Academy leader, you will deliver personalized digital journeys with human oversight for implementation, consulting, project management, support, and related Services roles.
You will translate delivery expectations into measurable readiness outcomes and partner with Services leaders, hiring managers, mentors, Learning Operations, Cornerstone University, and Enablement colleagues to move learners efficiently from onboarding to staffed or billable work. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning AI-primary onboarding and role-readiness journeys for Services cohorts in your assigned location, with clear points for human oversight and intervention.
• Configuring and continuously improving personalized digital guidance, practice, knowledge support, assessments, reminders, and progress signals for each Services role.
• Delivering targeted live workshops, coaching, simulations, observation, and feedback where human expertise adds the greatest value.
• Coordinating onboarding journeys, including learning, certification, practice evidence, manager checkpoints, staffing milestones, and readiness decisions.
• Applying practical Professional Services and implementation experience to prepare new hires for delivery methodology, governance, customer engagement, risk management, tools, and escalation expectations.
• Monitoring Readiness Health bands and learner evidence, identifying blockers early, and coordinating interventions with managers, mentors, and subject matter experts.
• Partnering with Services leadership and resource/staffing teams to connect readiness decisions to deployment on appropriate customer work.
• Tracking certification performance and early project quality, using outcome data and feedback to improve journey content, sequencing, AI guidance, and human support.
• Maintaining consistent Academy standards, current learning assets, responsible AI controls, and appropriate privacy, security, and customer-confidentiality practices.
Success is measured through speed of deployment readiness, stronger readiness and certification outcomes, effective progression through the AI-primary journey, and improved early project quality. Key metrics include median time from start date to staffed deployment, percentage of new hires reaching target Readiness Health bands, first-attempt certification pass rates, early project quality indicators, and learner progression through the AI-primary journey.

• Strong awareness of privacy, security, customer confidentiality, inclusive onboarding, responsible data handling, and responsible AI.
• Daily use of AI tools in your own work with demonstrated examples of how AI changed how work is done, not just speed.

• Commitment to keeping skills current through communities, certifications, hands-on experimentation, and industry learning.
