Crusoe is hiring an Enablement Engineer to help customers maximize value from Crusoe Cloud, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform. This role bridges customers, product, and marketing teams, serving as the technical voice of the platform across all customer accounts. You will deliver live training, webinars, and workshops teaching customers how to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize platform value. You'll produce technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, and guides covering Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include scripting, recording, and producing "How-To" videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demonstrations. You'll represent Crusoe at major industry events such as KubeCon as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert, including booth engagement. You'll build and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub showing how Crusoe Cloud integrates with the wider CNCF ecosystem (ArgoCD, Rancher, KubeVirt). You'll create Proof of Concept guides and technical decks that help the sales team explain enterprise-grade features, and channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap. Required qualifications include deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (API servers, namespaces, RBAC, multi-tenancy), hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure (OpenStack or KubeVirt valued), and proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, GCP). You should have background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with engineering audiences, experience delivering webinars and technical demos, and ability to explain complex topics to both C-level executives and junior DevOps engineers. Comfort managing your own content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup is essential. Bonus qualifications include history with open-source projects (Knative, Tekton, OpenStack), familiarity with DevContainer standards and CLI tool development, experience creating sales enablement materials, and background at cloud infrastructure companies like Mirantis, Platform9, or Datadog.
