Sysdig is seeking an Enablement and Learning Program Manager to build and lead a world-class enablement function for the go-to-market organization. This is a foundational role where you will author Sysdig's enablement charter, operating model, and success metrics from the ground up, with sign-off from Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and owning new-hire onboarding and certification frameworks for GTM roles, establishing a clear, measured path to productivity and an ongoing recertification cadence that evolves with the team and product.
• Driving adoption of Sysdig's sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) and equipping managers to coach it daily. Coordinating delivery for major GTM moments like SKOs and product launches in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Owning the enablement tech stack (LMS, conversation intelligence tools) and driving structured adoption of AI-native GTM tools like Clay and enterprise Claude across the revenue organization through role-based training and champion programs, not one-off demos.
• Building and maintaining an enablement KPI scorecard that tracks leading indicators (training completion, certification pass rates) and lagging indicators (ramp time, win rate) to demonstrate business impact.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing on content adoption, RevOps on systems and reporting, and Sales/CS leadership to align the enablement roadmap with pipeline and retention priorities.
You will be judged on adoption metrics and business outcomes, not activity. This role requires a builder's mindset and the ability to define structure and charter where none exists yet.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
• 5–8+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement, including experience building or significantly rebuilding a program (not just running an existing one)
• Track record of designing measurement frameworks
• Hands-on fluency with modern GTM and enablement tooling: LMS/content platforms, conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong), and AI-native GTM tools (e.g., Clay) and enterprise AI assistants (e.g., Claude) — you direct these tools and drive adoption, not just use them yourself
• Experience with a sales methodology framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and reinforcing it through coaching, not just presentation
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — ability to align Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Marketing around a shared enablement plan without owning their turf
• Builder's mindset: comfortable defining charter and structure where none exists, and comfortable being judged on adoption and business metrics
Preferred:
• Prior enablement experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or infrastructure software
• Experience standing up or significantly evolving an enablement function at a company going through a platform or GTM transformation
• Experience running AI adoption/change-management programs (usage metrics, champions programs, structured rollout) rather than ad hoc tool training
