Key responsibilities include:
**Employee Lifecycle Documentation**: Own and develop offer letter, severance, separation agreement, and related lifecycle document templates to enable high-volume, signature-ready work product. Draft state-by-state adaptations and bespoke terms as needed.
**Daily Advisory**: Serve as the first line of response for People and Recruiting teams on ADA interactive processes, FMLA and state leave overlaps, wage-and-hour classification, and employee relations matters. Track recurring questions and build FAQs, guidance documents, and trainings to build team capability.
**Performance Management & Exits**: Partner with HR to advise on risk mitigation and manage execution of standard, non-complex separations.
