Lambda is an AI cloud infrastructure company serving tens of thousands of customers from AI researchers to enterprises and hyperscalers. The Employee Engagement Program Manager role is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco office (Second St), requiring presence 4 days per week with Tuesday designated as work-from-home. You will own the end-to-end management of employee-facing content and resources across Lambda. The company has built extensive onboarding guides, benefits pages, manager how-tos, and hiring FAQs, but these resources move slower than the company's rapid growth. Content becomes outdated, hard to find, or inconsistent in tone. Your mission is to audit, organize, standardize, and maintain all employee-facing information to ensure accuracy, discoverability, and consistent voice. This hybrid role combines technical writing, content design, and program management. You will audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies; write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos; establish consistent tone, voice, and format across all content; organize information architecture so employees can easily find answers; identify and fix pages and processes that aren't working; track usage and feedback metrics to measure effectiveness; and coordinate with HR and Talent teams on shared content initiatives. The role appeals to someone who enjoys bringing order to scattered information and making everyone's job easier through clarity and thoughtful design. You'll have direct visibility into Lambda's growth and a tangible impact on employee experience. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in writing, content, or program coordination - Strong, clear, and creative writing and editing skills - Ability to build and maintain style guides and content standards - Sharp eye for identifying outdated or hard-to-find content - Comfort tracking and analyzing metrics such as page views, clicks, comments, and reactions - Nice to have: experience with Notion, Confluence, or Wiki platforms
