Apple's EMEIA Pricing team is responsible for pricing implementation across all finished goods product lines and AppleCare services in the region. As Regional Pricing Manager, you will lead a team of Pricing Analysts across Cork and Cupertino, coordinating pricing processes, researching pricing and business issues, and driving system, process, and people development to meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements and understanding business impact, creating implementation plans, and driving execution against strict deadlines. You will lead your team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations through flawless execution and continuous process improvement. You'll prepare and deliver Executive Reviews, communicating complex data clearly to senior leadership. Working collaboratively with regional counterparts, worldwide partners, and cross-functional teams (Business Management, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales Finance, Environmental and Levy Watch), you will re-engineer processes to bring automation and simplification. You'll analyze data, create metrics, and communicate findings to support informed business decision-making. The role involves a high volume of discrete pricing elements with strong focus on attention to detail, process automation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight time constraints. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum: - Extensive experience in pricing, finance, or operations within a fast-paced, product-driven environment - Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Excel Macros within a pricing or business operations context - Track record of developing or driving improvements to existing processes, with focus on automation and simplification - Analytical and business modelling skills with ability to interpret and communicate complex data to senior leadership - Ability to work effectively with high level of ambiguity and complexity in a large, matrixed organisation - Track record of leading and developing a team through periods of change and ambiguity, creating an environment of growth, collaboration, and high performance while maintaining focus and delivery against objectives Preferred: - Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or equivalent, and database tools such as SQL or Tableau - Familiarity with creating or deploying AI and machine learning solutions within a business, finance, or pricing environment - Degree in a relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered
