Salary: GBP 120,000 - 146,000 / annual
SambaNova Systems is seeking a strategic Field & Partner Marketing Manager to lead regional field and partner marketing initiatives across EMEA. Reporting to the VP of Demand and Field Marketing, you will serve as the primary marketing partner to the Area Vice President of Sales and regional partner teams, owning execution of integrated campaigns, executive events, partner co-marketing initiatives, and localized demand programs that drive pipeline and bookings targets.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at translating business strategy into measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Demand & Pipeline Generation: Own the regional field marketing activations strategy aligned to quarterly and annual pipeline goals. Partner with Comms, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to localize global campaigns and optimize regional performance. Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline, bookings, and ROI.
Field Marketing & Executive Engagement: Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and third-party sponsorships. Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to engage strategic target accounts. Support executive engagement opportunities including customer meetings, industry conferences, and VIP experiences. Ensure consistent follow-up and campaign orchestration before, during, and after field activations.
Partner Marketing & Ecosystem Development: Lead regional partner marketing strategy across cloud, technology, channel, and strategic alliance partners. Build and execute joint go-to-market campaigns, co-sponsored events, webinars, and content syndication programs. Collaborate with partner account teams to maximize MDF investments and drive measurable pipeline outcomes. Support partner enablement initiatives and help scale awareness of SambaNova solutions across the ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central marketing point of contact for regional Sales, Partner, and Business Development teams. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting. Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Communications to amplify regional customer stories, announcements, and thought leadership. Bring market insights and customer feedback back to Product Marketing and executive leadership to influence strategy.
About SambaNova: SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform. The company's core technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit)—a chip built on dataflow architecture rather than traditional GPU models. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that enables customers to deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing, with significant experience in field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
- Proven track record of building and executing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience partnering directly with enterprise sales organizations and regional leadership teams
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing, partner ecosystems, and enterprise buying motions
- Experience managing executive events, customer engagement programs, and strategic partner activations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize investment decisions
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-growth, high-accountability environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, semiconductors, enterprise software, or high-performance computing markets
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems including cloud providers, OEMs, systems integrators, and channel partners
- Experience working in a global organization with distributed sales and marketing teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and modern marketing analytics tools
