The marketing team comprises 150+ people managing comprehensive 360° communication with 31+ million monthly traffic across all brands.
You will own email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a business outcome, setting strategic direction for how email contributes to customer lifetime value, retention, and expansion across airSlate's product suite. Key responsibilities include:
STRATEGIC: Define email and push notification strategy aligned with product and marketing goals. Lead churn-prevention and win-back initiatives as coordinated, signal-driven programs. Set the email roadmap for 2026 and beyond by auditing existing programs, identifying gaps and quick wins, and prioritizing initiatives against attributed revenue targets. Define how email fits within multi-channel orchestration, establishing boundaries and handoffs between email, in-product messaging, and other channels.
DATA & ANALYTICS: Translate behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle stage classifications into actionable segmentation logic and program triggers. Define data requirements for email programs and own those requests with the data engineering team. Own the team's contribution to the revenue attribution model, partnering with data teams to define lifecycle-stage KPIs and validate email attribution. Own email dashboards aligned with lifecycle dashboards to accurately reflect email's contribution to revenue at each funnel stage. Leverage generative and agentic AI tooling to drive personalization and automation at scale.
OPERATIONAL: Manage and develop three email marketing specialists, setting priorities, coaching on execution quality, and connecting daily work to strategic lifecycle goals. Coordinate across email development, data, demand gen, and product stakeholders to deliver lifecycle programs end-to-end within airEML. Maintain and evolve automated email journeys across all four products with authority to rebuild or retire programs based on data. Ensure email deliverability and list health at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base.
airSlate offers flexible working across global hubs (US, Poland, Romania, Ukraine) or remote options, competitive compensation with stock options, professional development, comprehensive benefits tailored by country, family-friendly culture, and commitment to charitable initiatives.
