Konfio is seeking an Ejecutivo Closer - Brokers to accelerate and close credit opportunities from their network of active master brokers. You will serve as the key driver responsible for converting business opportunities into successful outcomes for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Mexico.
In this role, you will act as a trusted bridge between Konfio and broker partners, understanding their clients' financial needs, negotiating optimal credit terms, and guiding each application through to fund disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pipeline Acceleration: Contact assigned brokers immediately to advance opportunities the same day they enter Salesforce, ensuring rapid pipeline movement.
• High-Impact Closing & Negotiation: Explain amortization schedules, credit structures, and contractual conditions in detail to brokers and clients, securing agreements on favorable terms.
• End-to-End Support: Guide brokers and clients through critical processes including Incode digital identification, corporate document upload and correction, contract signature, and credit disbursement.
• KYC Quality Assurance: Identify inconsistencies in files or corporate documents to ensure compliance with KYC policies and prevent returns or rejections.
• Technology Stack Proficiency: Fluent use of CRM (Salesforce), communication and management tools (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira).

• Location: Mexico City or Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)
• This is a strategic sales role focused on broker relationship management and credit closing in the fintech lending space.
