InnovaMat is seeking an Education Strategy & Success Manager to lead customer success and strategic partnerships with schools implementing their mathematics education platform. You will manage a portfolio of school clients, working directly with school leadership and academic coordinators to understand their context, identify challenges and opportunities, and develop strategies that drive success for each account.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Strategic account management—managing a school portfolio, designing customized success plans, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders; (2) Stakeholder engagement—maintaining direct communication with school directors and academic coordinators, serving as a strategic partner, facilitating strategic conversations about implementation progress and results, and managing complex situations; (3) Implementation oversight—monitoring platform adoption in classrooms, detecting adoption barriers, analyzing usage patterns, and collaborating with internal didactics and support teams to maximize educational impact; (4) Data and KPI management—developing and tracking customer success KPIs, using data to assess account health and detect risks, generating insights to improve strategy, and identifying scalable best practices; (5) Retention and growth—driving retention and satisfaction, anticipating churn risks, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Didactics, and other teams.
You should have experience in customer success, account management, consulting, project management, or education. Strong analytical skills, comfort with KPIs and business metrics, ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, excellent communication (written and oral), organizational skills, and genuine interest in education impact are essential. You will thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments with some ambiguity, taking ownership to identify and execute what needs to be done.
