Salary: USD 236,600 - 439,400 / annual
DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Innovative Data Offerings and Products portfolio. This role sets vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy for enterprise data products spanning customer, patient, commercial, and foundational data domains. You will oversee two teams—Innovative Data Products and Innovative Data Offerings—ensuring investments align with business strategy, reduce duplication, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include establishing product management standards and governance frameworks, partnering with business, analytics, technology, and external vendors to maximize data asset value, and owning portfolio performance and stakeholder engagement. You will define success measures, manage investment tradeoffs, and represent the enterprise data portfolio to senior leadership, communicating priorities, progress, and risks.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of enterprise data product leadership, with proven experience setting portfolio strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and translating business strategy into measurable outcomes. You should have deep expertise in product management standards, governance, funding models, and adoption strategies. Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, data, analytics) is strongly preferred. You will work closely with DEO, external data vendors, and technology partners to evaluate capabilities and inform build-versus-buy decisions.
This is a fully remote position based anywhere in the US, with an expectation of 25% travel. The role reports to the Head of Data Partnerships, Innovation and Products and requires strong stakeholder influence across business, analytics, technology, and data organizations.
