EliseAI is a Series E-funded AI company (raised $250M led by Andreessen Horowitz) focused on transforming housing and healthcare through agentic AI. The company integrates AI agents into existing workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
The Future Platforms team operates as a startup within a startup, tasked with executing the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team blends go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with deep C-suite involvement and founder-level ownership.
As Ecosystem Strategist, you will serve as the primary technology and vendor advisor to clients, helping them navigate their technology stack and design future-state ecosystem integrations to unlock EliseAI's automation potential. You will own vendor and technology advisory end-to-end, from initial assessment through implementation and go-live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary advisor to clients on their technology stack, from initial assessment through implementation and go-live
- Translate existing vendor landscapes into clear future-state recommendations through discovery and decisioning
- Facilitate client-to-vendor dialogues and coordinate with technology partners and internal stakeholders to scope and drive new integrations
- Manage vendor implementations in support of client launches
- Build repeatable playbooks, processes, and vendor knowledge base to scale this motion
You will work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own overall client relationships and the Partnerships team who build vendor relationships. This is a high-autonomy, cross-functional role centered on strategic execution with real influence over how the company builds and scales.
The role offers full autonomy, no micromanagement, and the opportunity to write playbooks rather than follow them. You'll be challenged daily to identify how to scale and execute, learning from both successes and failures with team support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of experience in implementation, technical onboarding, or program management (e.g., delivery roles at enterprise or vertical SaaS companies, technology consulting, or systems integration)
- Demonstrated track record managing complex client workflows such as new system implementations or similar projects
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM background or equivalent experience scoping technical integrations
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple client engagements end-to-end in client-facing settings
- Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships and influence across internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to work in-person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days per week
