CuspAI is a frontier AI company focused on using artificial intelligence to discover breakthrough materials for energy, clean water, advanced computing, and carbon capture. The company's founding team comprises world-class researchers in AI, chemistry, and engineering, and they are launching a global AI Materials Foundry platform.
You will join the Partnerships team as Ecosystem Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations. This is a newly created role to support rapid global growth and the launch of the AI Materials Foundry.
Your primary responsibilities include:

**Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** Partner closely with the Director of Strategy & Operations and Head of Partnerships to align ecosystem activities with company roadmap. Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback into platform development priorities. Work with marketing and PR to highlight partner success stories, such as simulation speedups and novel materials research applications.
Your initial focus will be establishing an active, cross-cultural foundry member community across Europe, USA, and APAC hubs.
The role is based in London/Cambridge or SF Bay Area offices, with an expectation of three days per week in-office depending on projects. Regular travel to partner sites and other locations for collaboration and project work is anticipated.
