Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 / annual

Reformation, a sustainable fashion brand founded in 2009, is seeking an E-commerce Producer to join the Studio team. This hybrid role (based in Vernon, CA) sits at the center of creative production, managing day-to-day ecommerce content creation from planning through final delivery. You will own end-to-end production for ecommerce photo and video shoots, building and managing shoot calendars, shot lists, and call sheets in partnership with Creative and Merchandising teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating studio logistics (booking talent, crew, locations, equipment, and studio space), managing sample flow with styling and merchandising teams, tracking budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent shoots, and partnering with Post-Production to manage retouching queues and delivery deadlines. You'll liaise with photographers, stylists, hair/makeup artists, models, and other freelance talent and vendors. You'll ensure all deliverables meet site specifications, brand guidelines, and launch calendar deadlines while maintaining organized production documentation, contracts, and vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying workflow improvements, studio efficiency gains, and administrative tasks such as lunch ordering, credit card reconciliation, and invoice submission. Reformation is a global brand with 50+ stores worldwide and its own sustainable factory in LA. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or studio production, ideally in fashion or retail - Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and competing deadlines simultaneously - Strong working knowledge of photo/video production workflows, from pre-production to post-production - Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail - Comfort managing budgets and vendor relationships - Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across creative, merchandising, and business teams - Calm, solutions-oriented approach when things change on set - Passion for fashion, sustainability, and Reformation's brand aesthetic
