As Documentation Specialist, you will own the creation, structure, and maintenance of Parloa's documentation practice as the company scales. You'll be the trusted source of truth for AMP, Parloa's flagship product, translating complex AI and product concepts into clear, accessible guidance for internal teams, customers, and partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, and release notes
- Designing information architecture that enables easy discovery and reuse across audiences
- Establishing and evolving documentation standards, templates, and style guides for consistency and compliance
- Collaborating on docs-as-code workflows with engineering and product teams
- Partnering with subject-matter experts across Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal to capture and validate knowledge
- Keeping documentation current in a fast-moving environment with frequent product releases
You bring 4+ years of experience owning documentation in scaling SaaS, AI, or product-driven companies. You have proven expertise in both technical and customer-facing documentation (product docs, APIs, help centers) and experience building documentation standards and processes at scale. You're comfortable translating AI and agent-based concepts for non-expert audiences, have 1+ years in docs-as-code environments, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration. Your mindset is structured and detail-oriented, with strong product thinking and focus on user enablement and adoption.
