EVERSANA is a global commercialization services company serving the life sciences industry, with over 6,000 employees and more than 650 clients ranging from biotech startups to established pharmaceutical companies. The District Manager for Women's Health in the West Region is a field-based leadership role reporting to the VP of Sales. This is the first-line manager responsible for leading a team of Specialty Pharmaceutical Representatives across the region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, hire, direct, and manage a team of specialty pharmaceutical representatives - Coordinate in-field activity to achieve regional sales targets and specialty pharmaceutical goals - Coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance selling skills and overall team performance - Execute brand strategy while demonstrating corporate values and cultural beliefs - Plan and conduct meetings with district, regional, and corporate leadership - Manage district budget and P&L responsibility at the district level - Maintain technical expertise to respond to product, policy, and business questions from customers and representatives - Conduct field rep rides 3-4 days per week; work with each rep at minimum quarterly - Complete field contact reports within 48 hours and ensure HR submission within 72 hours - Interview, select, and supervise department staff; communicate company policies and procedures - Determine job objectives, work methods, and performance standards; conduct performance reviews - Authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge Expectations: 70-80% travel required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from accredited university/college (required) - Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a successful Pharmaceutical District Sales Manager (preferred) - Clean driving record; licensed if required in states covered - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) - Pharmaceutical sales and/or leadership experience in Women's Health (preferred)
