OneTrust is seeking a Director of Web & Digital Growth to lead the company's global digital growth strategy and operations. This is a people-leadership role responsible for scaling OneTrust's digital ecosystem across web, SEO/AEO, paid media, conversion optimization, personalization, and digital analytics.
The Director will own the integrated digital roadmap, translating company and go-to-market priorities into measurable outcomes that increase qualified demand, improve conversion efficiency, strengthen discoverability in traditional and AI-powered search, and connect digital engagement to pipeline and revenue. Key responsibilities include:
• Define and execute the global digital growth strategy across web, paid search, paid social, display, video, audience activation, conversion optimization, and analytics
• Lead web as a measurable growth engine by optimizing high-intent journeys, landing pages, solution experiences, offer strategy, forms, CTAs, routing, and conversion paths
• Establish an integrated operating model connecting paid media, web experience, SEO/AEO, content, campaign strategy, regional execution, and analytics
• Set strategy for experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and personalization with focus on ROI
• Own budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, investment scenarios, and agency strategy across the digital portfolio
• Build a unified performance framework connecting traffic, engagement, conversion, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue metrics
• Partner with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Web Operations to improve attribution, UTM governance, pixel quality, lead routing, and reporting
• Establish recurring operating cadence for digital performance reviews, roadmap decisions, experiment readouts, and executive recommendations
• Integrate currently specialized teams (Web Development, Marketing Operations, Global Campaigns, Content, Product Marketing, Brand, Field Marketing, ABM, Sales) around shared priorities and clear decision rights
