Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health management through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI and software. The company is seeking a Director of Product Management for Clinical Data & Integrations to define and execute the product strategy for incorporating external health data sources into Prenuvo's platform. This is a hands-on director role without an inherited team. You will personally drive product strategy, discovery, prioritization, partner evaluation, and execution while building the foundation for a broader product organization. Key responsibilities include: defining the product vision and roadmap for integrating clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer-health data; determining which external data sources warrant investment based on patient and business value; establishing product principles for how external data contributes to Prenuvo's longitudinal health record; leading strategy and execution of blood, laboratory, and proteomics integrations with key partners; partnering with clinical teams to ensure responsible interpretation and contextualization of external results; defining consumer-health integration strategy across wearables, sleep, activity, and connected-health platforms; establishing scalable capabilities for ingesting and normalizing consumer-health signals; partnering with data, engineering, and AI teams to build a coherent longitudinal patient record; defining requirements for identity resolution, normalization, data quality, and temporal context; building reusable interoperability capabilities including APIs, FHIR, and HL7 patterns; and partnering with privacy, legal, security, and clinical teams to create intuitive consent and data-sharing experiences. Required qualifications: 10+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of complex technical or platform products; deep experience building products involving healthcare or clinical data (required); experience delivering integrations across multiple organizations and systems; strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity, and integration architecture; demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical capabilities into compelling patient value; experience working alongside clinical, engineering, data, security, privacy, legal, and partnership teams; strong partner-evaluation and strategic judgment; experience defining platform capabilities rather than building bespoke integrations; and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), laboratory data, EHR data, diagnostics, genomics/proteomics, remote monitoring, or wearable data. The role requires willingness to operate as a highly hands-on senior product leader while the product area and team are being built. Note: This role does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
