UiPath is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives to work in the Office of the CEO. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on turning cross-functional opportunities into focused action and measurable progress.
You will support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team by leading priority projects, conducting research and analysis for strategic decisions, and ensuring the company's strategy translates into execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the CEO with research, analysis, and preparation for strategic decisions
- Leading defined enterprise initiatives from problem definition through delivery, working closely with functional leaders and project owners
- Developing business cases, options, and recommendations for growth, operating effectiveness, customer value, and transformation priorities
- Creating project plans with clear outcomes, owners, timelines, and risks
- Preparing materials for executive meetings, planning sessions, and strategic offsites
- Analyzing company, customer, and market information to identify insights for leadership decisions
- Tracking progress against agreed initiatives and providing clear updates on outcomes, blockers, and decisions required
- Improving cross-functional ways of working and ensuring decisions are communicated and acted on
- Taking on special projects for the CEO's office as business needs evolve
This role requires comfort moving between analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution. You will work at the intersection of strategy and operations, supporting decisions that span multiple functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, or a related role
- Management consulting experience preferred, particularly with structured problem-solving, senior client exposure, and delivery of complex transformation work
- Product and technical fluency: strong working understanding of enterprise software platforms, product development, and AI; ability to understand UiPath's platform end-to-end and engage credibly with Product and Engineering leaders
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or another fast-moving technology environment desirable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and qualitative input into clear narratives
- Practical, delivery-oriented mindset with comfort owning details while maintaining strategic perspective
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
- Clear, concise writing and presentation skills
- Curiosity, humility, and judgment to know when to push for decisions and when to seek more input
