Narmi enables community financial institutions to deliver modern digital banking, account opening, and lending capabilities. The company has powered billions in transactions and hundreds of thousands of account openings for banks and credit unions across the U.S.
As Director, Strategic Accounts, you will be the most senior relationship owner for Narmi's largest customer accounts. You own the full lifecycle: renewal, growth, and expansion. You serve as the trusted advisor to bank and credit union C-suite executives—CEOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers—and are the person they call when major strategic initiatives or challenges arise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a portfolio of enterprise bank and credit union accounts with full accountability for strategy, relationship management, renewal, and expansion
- Driving measurable customer outcomes: digital deposit growth, account opening volume, operational efficiency, and product adoption
- Leading renewal, extension, and expansion conversations that directly contribute to Narmi's revenue growth
- Tracking critical metrics: Net Retention Revenue, NPS, and feature adoption
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
- Using product data to identify risks early, surface growth opportunities, and build the case for product priorities
- Managing Technical Account Managers who handle day-to-day account operations
- Carrying real commercial accountability for Net Retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
This is a hands-on role in a lean organization. You will have real ownership, autonomy, and leverage to shape how Narmi serves its customers, while also fielding tough questions from executives who are trusting Narmi with strategic banking initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience owning customer relationships, retention, and revenue outcomes in a high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or similar environment
- Demonstrated track record of promotion within companies you've worked at; you earn trust and continue to earn more of it
- History of scaling something from zero: a team, process, book of business, or entire function
- Experience managing and developing people, including conducting difficult conversations when necessary
- Strong cross-functional instincts, particularly with Product and Engineering teams; ability to translate customer feedback into buildable product requirements
- Comfort operating at both C-suite strategy level and detailed operational level
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities without dropping any
- Data fluency; you form points of view without waiting for reports to be pulled
- Prior experience with financial institutions or regulated industries is helpful but not required
