Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines to treat hypertension and related conditions including chronic kidney disease, obstructive sleep apnea, and aldosterone-driven diseases. The company's lead candidate, lorundrostat, is a selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Training & Effectiveness, this Director role owns the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training and field enablement programs. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering the new hire sales academy (covering disease state, product, competitive, and selling skills), building certification standards and assessments to validate readiness, and managing the company's largest field-facing meetings including product launch, national sales meetings, and regional POA meetings. The role serves as the primary liaison between Sales Training and Marketing/Medical Affairs, ensuring all field-facing training materials and promotional content are accurate, on-brand, compliant, and launch-ready. This is a builder role for someone who excels at translating brand strategy and clinical content into structured, engaging, certifiable training experiences and managing logistics of large-scale meetings under tight timelines. Pre-launch (ahead of January product launch), this role will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales Capability & Performance Development to ensure the newly hired sales force is fully trained, certified, and launch-ready. Post-launch, the two roles will formally separate along defined scopes. Key responsibilities include owning new hire sales academy design and delivery, building certification standards and assessments, partnering on seamless handoffs into ongoing field coaching, designing and maintaining sales curriculum, managing large-scale field meetings and logistics, serving as MLR/PRC liaison with Marketing and Medical Affairs, and driving continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
