Sanity.io is a modern, flexible content operating system that treats content as data, enabling companies to create tailored content authoring experiences and workflows. The company recently raised $85M in Series C funding and serves customers like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, and Nordstrom. As Director of Revenue Operations, you will own the end-to-end systems, data, and processes that power Sanity's go-to-market motion. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a small RevOps team while remaining deeply involved in systems architecture and implementation. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement. Key responsibilities include: **AI Strategy & GTM Automation**: Execute an AI-first strategy across the GTM technology stack, designing and deploying intelligent agents and autonomous workflows for pipeline forecasting, lead routing, prospecting, and deal intelligence to drive pipeline velocity and rep productivity. **GTM Systems Architecture**: Architect and optimize the core GTM platform ecosystem including Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated tools. Establish accurate account hierarchies, complex routing rules, and territory mapping to ensure seamless lead-to-opportunity execution. **Data Governance**: Design and implement an enterprise data governance model to guarantee a single source of truth for reporting engines and executive dashboards. **GTM Strategy & Planning**: Lead multi-tiered account segmentation, capacity modeling, territory design, and quota allocation. Build and develop your RevOps team while staying hands-on enough to unblock technical and organizational challenges. You bring 7+ years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience at B2B SaaS companies, with proven team leadership and end-to-end RevOps ownership. You have direct experience building AI workflows and agents to automate manual work with demonstrated efficiency gains. You're deeply comfortable with Salesforce (building reports, managing objects, diagnosing data issues), CPQ, deal desk, and quote-to-cash processes. You're comfortable working with data via SQL or BI tools and can translate findings into action. You have a player-coach orientation, willing to own details yourself. You've partnered with Sales leadership as a peer and brought clear points of view. Experience scaling through Series B-D inflection and exposure to usage-based or developer-focused business models is a plus. You're a clear written communicator who documents your work for team continuity.
