Salary: USD 215,000 - 255,000 / annual

You will lead the talent acquisition function for Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure Group, reporting to the VP of Recruiting. This is a people-management role where you will inherit and scale a recruiting team into a world-class talent acquisition engine capable of supporting 2x, 3x, and 5x growth without sacrificing quality or speed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading talent acquisition for all Digital Infrastructure teams, aligning hiring roadmaps with business priorities and growth plans
- Building and scaling a recruiting team that operates with speed, efficiency, judgment, and consistency
- Serving as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, driving role clarity, calibration, and accountability for hiring outcomes
- Evolving the recruiting model from reactive execution to proactive, predictable hiring
- Strengthening intake, workflow, and decision-making processes to eliminate bottlenecks
- Translating demand into structured hiring plans and identifying talent gaps and capacity constraints
- Using data and analytics to diagnose funnel performance, forecast risks, and drive continuous improvement
- Adopting AI, automation, and modern recruitment tools to increase efficiency and improve signal quality
- Navigating hiring across multiple divisions while coordinating with other recruiting leadership
- Ensuring hiring managers, candidates, and team members experience recruiting as responsive, fair, and reflective of Crusoe's standards
This role requires onsite presence in the San Francisco office 5 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
- Experience leading talent acquisition in high-paced environments, ideally within Digital Infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to diagnose funnel performance, forecast risk, and hold teams accountable
- Track record running a metrics-driven organization
- Experience managing managers and developing recruiting leaders
- Background operating at both scaled companies and high-growth/startup environments, ideally through significant headcount expansion
- Ability to build repeatable processes and scalable systems without over-engineering
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills across finance, engineering, and executive leadership
- Operates with urgency, ownership, and accountability, measuring success by hiring outcomes and timing
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and automation in recruiting workflows
