Zscaler is seeking a Director, Product to own strategy and execution for a principal-level area within its Security AI portfolio. This fully remote role reports to the Sr. Director, PM-AI Security & Strategic Initiatives and focuses on helping enterprise customers securely adopt AI agents and agentic workflows.
You will own the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for a Security AI product area, grounded in customer problems, market signals, and the evolving threat landscape. You'll lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Security Research, and Go-To-Market teams to ship differentiated capabilities on a predictable cadence with clear success metrics tied to customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include running structured discovery with enterprise customers, partners, and the field to translate qualitative insights and product telemetry into crisp requirements and measurable outcomes. You'll shape portfolio-level decisions by framing product bets, contributing to platform and architecture direction, and aligning adjacent PM teams around a coherent Security AI narrative. You'll drive clarity at every level—writing sharp PRDs and launch narratives, briefing executives and stakeholders, and representing the product to customers, analysts, and partners.

Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of product management experience with at least one full cycle owning an enterprise-grade product from discovery through scaled launch. You need a proven track record shipping platform, developer-facing, or security products in technically demanding environments. Working fluency in AI/ML systems, security architecture, or identity/network protocols is required—sufficient to hold technical depth with engineers and make informed trade-offs. Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence without authority and drive clarity in ambiguous, matrixed environments. A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
