Salary: USD 210,000 - 260,000 / annual

Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company serving 1,900+ clients worldwide with AI-driven threat intelligence products, is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own positioning and go-to-market strategy while building and leading a product marketing team. You will be responsible for: **Team Leadership & Strategy** Build, coach, and grow a team of product and technical marketers. Set clear priorities, raise quality standards, and define how product marketing shows up across the organization. **Product Positioning & Messaging** Develop a clear, compelling value proposition for Recorded Future's AI-driven threat intelligence platform. Translate it into audience-specific messaging for customer conversations, partner decks, and internal briefings. Maintain consistency and sharpness across all channels. **Go-to-Market Strategy** Own end-to-end GTM plans for product launches and major releases, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution. Work closely with sales and partner teams to drive adoption, pipeline generation, and provide enablement tools. **Market & Competitive Analysis** Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and find competitive differentiation. Stay informed on industry and technology direction to keep the product ahead. **Content & Collateral** Lead creation of product-value content including blogs, case studies, videos, and customer stories. **Customer Insight** Engage directly with customers to understand problems, gather feedback, and inform both marketing strategy and product roadmap. **Thought Leadership** Build Recorded Future's voice through speaking engagements, webinars, events, and strategic partnerships. **Sales Enablement** Provide sales teams with content plans, training on product value propositions, and clear guidance on when and how to use marketing assets. **Requirements** - 10+ years in product marketing, ideally in tech or cybersecurity, with team leadership experience - Hands-on experience with enterprise-class products and emerging technology; cybersecurity knowledge is required - Strong relationship skills and customer-first instinct; ability to translate customer needs into effective marketing - Solid understanding of technical products in practice, including APIs, workflows, and integrations - Understanding of how AI and agentic capabilities are reshaping security workflows; ability to market them without hype - Proven track record building and running GTM strategies for SaaS products - Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and presenting at conferences - Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making - Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with growth opportunities
