Delinea is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to own the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server/Vault product line. This role leads product teams responsible for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery—both on legacy platforms and the new cloud-native SaaS platform.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product and manage a product management team. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute strategic product direction, translating enterprise customer problems into product solutions
• Own the complete vault roadmap across secrets management, credential rotation, session recording, and privileged account discovery
• Ensure vault architecture decisions support high availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise-scale deployments
• Conduct competitive market analysis to identify investment priorities
• Define pricing and positioning strategy for SaaS delivery
• Lead and mentor product management team members in agile development, maintaining clear user stories and operational hygiene with design and engineering
• Evangelize the product line internally and externally to analysts, partners, and customers
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to build intuitive, user-centric solutions
• Partner with strategic customers to identify future market opportunities
• Support product marketing initiatives, including sales enablement and technical marketing materials
Required qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching B2B software or services; technical bachelor's degree or equivalent; cybersecurity expertise and understanding of attack techniques; strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences; deep SaaS product delivery knowledge; proven ability to develop product strategy; collaborative experience with engineering teams; information security or related product experience; and familiarity with secrets management, credential vaulting, or security infrastructure. Compliance framework knowledge (SOC 2, etc.) is a plus.
