Delinea is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to own the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server/Vault product line. This role leads product teams responsible for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery, with a focus on bringing these capabilities to Delinea's cloud-native SaaS platform. The Director will report to the Senior Director of Product and manage a product management team in an agile environment. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and roadmap ownership for vault capabilities, ensuring enterprise-scale architecture decisions account for high availability and disaster recovery, competitive market assessment, pricing and positioning strategy for SaaS delivery, and team leadership and mentorship. Day-to-day work involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, UX, sales, sales engineering, marketing, technical support, and professional services. The role requires interfacing with enterprise customers and industry analysts to articulate product direction and benefits, evangelizing the product line internally and externally, and building partnerships with strategic customers to identify future market opportunities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience with a successful track record of launching B2B software products, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent, and deep cybersecurity expertise including understanding of attack techniques and the security ecosystem. Required skills include strong communication abilities for both technical and business audiences, SaaS product delivery knowledge, proven ability to develop product strategy, and collaborative experience converting engineering roadmaps into product reality. Preferred qualifications include experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or related security infrastructure; familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, HIPAA); understanding of IT systems and operations (networking, domains, remote access, privileged accounts); and a master's degree. Travel up to 25% is expected.
