Ripple is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Global Payouts product line, which enables financial institutions to bridge stablecoins and fiat currencies for instant cross-border payments. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and driving the next phase of growth for Ripple's flagship payouts offerings. In this position, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for cross-border payment solutions that leverage digital assets and blockchain technology to bridge traditional financial infrastructure. You'll lead product quality and delivery by partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches. Your responsibilities include crafting payment experiences that balance customer experience, conversion rates, and regulatory controls across global markets. You will serve as a cross-functional leader, driving high-impact initiatives and aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations. This requires removing blockers, driving critical decisions, and delivering concise communication to ensure alignment across geographies and organizational boundaries. The ideal candidate brings 12-15 years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, with at least 5-10 years in core product management roles. You should have a demonstrated track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products, deep expertise in payments, and strong curiosity about digital assets and blockchain technology. You'll need excellent technical competence, the ability to translate complex topics into clear language for diverse audiences, and a proven ability to establish relationships and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities. This role is based in San Francisco with hybrid flexibility (10+ days per month in-office).
