Zoox is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and grow the product management organization. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle across multiple domains: new vehicle definition, rider experience, and service offerings. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy and direction while balancing the company's current development stage with innovation and business scaling objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and growing product management teams
- Defining product vision and roadmap across vehicle design, user experience, and service platforms
- Overseeing the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration
- Collaborating with engineering, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on business and product objectives

- Reconciling technical complexity with market needs and business goals
