Veeam is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy for data resilience across modern data services and analytical platforms (Amazon RDS, Azure Cosmos DB, Databricks, etc.). This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Product, where impact comes from what you build, ship, and influence rather than org chart size.
You will partner closely with a world-class, globally distributed engineering team to break down complex problems into shippable increments and drive sprint planning. You'll own the "why" behind product decisions, grounding recommendations in rigorous, data-centric analysis, and bringing engineers, customers, and leadership along once the merits are clear.
Key responsibilities include evangelizing the product vision to customers and the broader data community, gathering feedback to inform roadmap decisions, and articulating the strategic direction for data resilience in the analytical data layer. You'll thrive if you love building products, form convictions through analysis, are energized by charting courses through uncharted territory, and can influence others through clear reasoning.
