As Director of Product Management, you will own the enterprise AI business end-to-end. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to build Pearl's enterprise offerings from the ground up, combining AI with human expertise to deliver trustworthy solutions for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the complete business strategy, vision, and goals for the enterprise AI initiative
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to validate product-market fit, unit economics, and scalability
- Define go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Business Development, including positioning, pricing, and packaging
- Productize and scale AI + Human offerings, determining packaging, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Establish category standards for trustworthy, high-quality AI solutions with human-in-the-loop capabilities
- Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Project Management, GTM, Marketing, ML, Operations, Analytics, and Legal
- Operate as the lead Product Manager, shipping products and driving measurable business outcomes
You will lead approximately 14 people in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires hands-on execution alongside strategic thinking—you'll move between business strategy and product delivery daily.
Ideal candidates have:
- Proven track record building 0-to-1 products, services, or business lines from concept through revenue
- Enterprise B2B experience with Fortune 500 or similarly complex customers
- Experience owning a product line, business, or P&L
- Lean startup methodology fluency and ability to identify riskiest assumptions
- Strong operational judgment and hands-on execution capability
- Prior experience as an individual contributor Product Manager
- Practical AI product experience (prompt engineering, evaluations, agent workflows)
Nice-to-haves include founder experience, general management background, or expertise in frontier AI, enterprise SaaS, insurance, legal tech, veterinary, or automotive industries.
