Hinge Health is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Member Journey product area—the end-to-end framework defining how members enroll, receive care, and achieve pain reduction through the platform. You'll oversee a team of Product Managers responsible for core member outcomes: onboarding, long-term retention, new program growth, and clinical outcomes. In this role, you'll set multi-year product vision and strategy for the Member Journey, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals. You'll manage and mentor a high-performing PM team, fostering a culture of member obsession and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include transforming the member lifecycle from initial triage through long-term retention, identifying friction points, developing program platforms, and building habits that drive engagement. You'll also scale the member experience to accommodate new conditions and care models without fragmentation. A significant focus will be defining how AI and personalization reshape digital healthcare delivery at scale, making the member experience more adaptive and effective. You'll collaborate deeply with Clinical, Design, Data Science, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to translate member needs into a cohesive, scalable product roadmap. Required: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in Product Management (consumer-facing or B2B2C); 4+ years managing teams of PMs/Senior PMs; experience managing foundational platforms at scale; technical fluency with data models, experimentation infrastructure, and system design; exceptional async communication and project management skills; comfort with distributed teams and Pacific Time stakeholders. Preferred: Digital health or consumer health product experience; platform team management; AI/ML applications in personalization or behavior change; strong experimentation and A/B testing background; consumer lifecycle management expertise.
