Icertis, the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, is seeking a Director of Digital Learning to lead its thriving Academy team. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the vision and execution of digital learning across the organization, spanning functional, technical, and sales enablement training, certification programs, and community building.
You will own the end-to-end digital learning strategy, designing and delivering blended and digital learning portfolios at scale—including interactive courses, video tutorials, simulations, and performance support tools. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, eLearning developers, and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing digital learning strategy aligned with organizational goals; building and developing high-performing teams; spearheading certification and product enablement programs for customers, partners, and employees; championing AI-driven solutions across the content lifecycle to streamline creation and enhance personalization; ensuring WCAG/Section 508 accessibility compliance; defining success metrics and demonstrating business impact; and managing vendors, tools, and budgets.
Required qualifications: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or related field; 15+ years in instructional design and digital learning with 5+ years leading teams; proven track record defining and executing digital learning strategy in global enterprise software/SaaS environments; demonstrated experience delivering large-scale digital learning portfolios with measurable outcomes; hands-on fluency with generative AI tools for content creation; expertise with eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline, Rise, Camtasia) and LMS/LXP platforms; experience designing and scaling certification and product enablement programs; strong knowledge of accessibility standards; exceptional communication and executive presence; experience managing vendors and budgets; and experience working with global teams.
This role combines strategic vision-setting with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can move fluidly between boardroom and storyboard, shaping learning strategy with senior stakeholders while championing innovation in how learning content is created and delivered at scale.
