As Director of Product Data Analytics, you will lead a team of four analysts supporting the company's core product for sales-driven business initiatives. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product Insights and collaborate closely with three VPs/SVPs of Product to drive data-informed strategic decision-making. In this role, you'll own strategic alignment across product groups, ensuring your team focuses on highest-priority analyses that address critical knowledge gaps. You'll direct complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving technical teams (data engineering, information systems) and business teams (customer success, sales, implementation) to deliver timely, actionable insights. You'll develop and retain talent by identifying individual strengths, setting clear OKRs, and providing ongoing feedback to ensure analysts focus on high-impact work. You'll model best practices for integrating AI into analytical workflows and mentor the team on advanced methodologies. Key responsibilities include identifying data empowerment gaps across product lines, training product teams on advanced analytics tools and methodologies to foster data-driven culture, and partnering with product research leaders to establish strategic direction. Required: prior experience as a data analyst, business or engineering degree, and understanding of SaaS product metrics and the full product lifecycle. Experience with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling is a plus.
