Contentsquare, a global leader in experience analytics, is seeking a Director of Product Data Analytics to lead a team of four analysts supporting the company's core product for sales-driven business. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Insights and collaborate closely with three VPs/SVPs of Product to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. In this role, you will own strategic alignment across product groups, ensuring your team focuses on highest-priority analyses that address critical knowledge gaps. You'll manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving technical teams (data engineering, information systems) and business teams (customer success, sales, implementation), delivering timely, actionable insights that influence product strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and retaining your four analysts by identifying strengths, setting clear OKRs, providing ongoing feedback, and leading by example on AI adoption. You'll identify data empowerment gaps across product lines and guide teams to build a data-driven culture through advanced methodologies and analytical tools. You'll partner with product research leaders and product directors to establish direction, spearhead cross-department initiatives, and negotiate buy-in from various stakeholders. You must excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences through advanced visualizations, dashboards, and interactive reports. You'll use SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau, and similar tools to analyze complex datasets, validate findings with meticulous attention to data integrity, and communicate results through strong written and verbal presentations. Required qualifications include proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization; experience managing data analysts (ideally product analysts); a business or engineering degree; and prior experience as a data analyst. You should demonstrate strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, and understanding of SaaS product metrics and the full product lifecycle. Experience with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling is a plus. This is an in-office role based in London, UK.
