Salary: USD 185,500 - 344,500 / annual
As Director of Precision Health Advanced Capabilities at DTX Pharma (a Novartis company), you will lead enterprise strategy and execution for precision health solutions that transform patient diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring across therapeutic areas. You'll own the roadmap for advanced capabilities spanning digital health, EMR informatics, clinical decision support, data partnerships, and site-of-care technology enablement.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing enterprise strategy aligned with business priorities and portfolio needs; driving prioritization of capability investments through governance and cross-functional alignment with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Medical, Regulatory, and Procurement; assessing solutions and partnerships using structured frameworks focused on value, customer relevance, feasibility, scalability, and risk; partnering with external vendors and ecosystem stakeholders to evaluate and advance solutions; collaborating with field leaders to identify unmet needs and co-create technology-enabled solutions; leading end-to-end design, pilot, evaluation, and scaling of decision-support solutions with clear success metrics; anticipating emerging trends and identifying whitespace opportunities; synthesizing customer, field, and market insights to identify care gaps; serving as a cross-functional connector across Precision Health, Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Data and Digital, Legal, and external partners; defining KPIs and building business cases for scalable initiatives; leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks and support decision-making; and leading development of informatics-enabled approaches to clinical trial acceleration.
You'll work at the intersection of healthcare innovation, digital health, data partnerships, and technology enablement, with 10-20% domestic and international travel. This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence enterprise priorities while managing complex partnerships and regulatory considerations.
