As Director of Treasury & Financial Operations, you will drive coordination and operational efficiency across the treasury and financial operations function. This is a hands-on role that bridges strategy and execution, managing both core financial workflows and the daily division of labor within the team.
Key responsibilities include: architecting scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new fintech products and pilot programs; managing the daily rhythm of the analyst team and division of labor; owning daily treasury operations including high-volume wire transfers, ACH movements, cash reconciliations, and remittance reporting; driving automation of remittance reporting in collaboration with Servicing & Data teams; strengthening treasury controls in a public company SOX-compliant environment; identifying and eliminating operational bottlenecks in wire processes; serving as a communication bridge between day-to-day technical challenges and leadership; and supporting capital raising and investor engagement initiatives.
You will need 8–10 years of experience in financial operations or treasury within fast-paced fintech or high-growth financial services, with deep finops experience in mortgage servicing preferred. Proven expertise designing payment infrastructure, new product operational flows, and navigating modern payment rails (wires, ACH) is essential. You should demonstrate capability to mentor and guide team workflows through functional leadership, thrive in hands-on execution under tight deadlines, have SOX-compliance experience, and possess the ambition to step into broader leadership capacity.
