Fi is a Series B pet-tech company founded by alumni from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, and Uber, building real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, and behavior insights for pet owners. The company is transforming the pet industry through cutting-edge hardware and software.
You will serve as Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, building and running the operational backbone of Fi's physical product business. This is a foundational leadership role—not a maintenance position—where you'll establish supply chain standards as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain strategy, from demand planning through last-mile delivery
- Leading sourcing, vendor management, and procurement to optimize cost, quality, and speed
- Building demand forecasting and inventory management processes that keep Fi ahead of customer demand
- Managing cross-functional execution with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams
- Scaling logistics operations to support rapid growth and new product launches
- Establishing KPIs and operational excellence standards for the supply chain function
You'll own the strategy and execution of a critical function during a high-growth phase. This role requires someone who can think strategically about supply chain architecture while rolling up sleeves on tactical execution. Experience scaling physical product businesses, managing complex vendor relationships, and driving operational efficiency in fast-moving environments is essential.
