Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup building software and services to democratize access to high-quality coaching for students pursuing medical, legal, business, and college admissions. Backed by leading VCs including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Craft Ventures, the company operates the world's leading network of top admissions coaches. You will serve as Director of Sales Strategy and Enablement, reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. This is a hands-on role combining revenue strategy, customer insights, AI-powered tool development, and sales operations—with significant autonomy to shape how the company sells and scales. **Key Responsibilities:** Revenue Strategy & Performance: Analyze the full customer journey from lead acquisition through enrollment to identify conversion bottlenecks. Build reporting on conversion rates, average package value, sales cycle length, and channel/program/rep performance. Partner with sales leadership to implement improvements and measure impact. Customer Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Review prospect calls regularly with Enrollment Managers to understand customer needs and objections. Study competitive market offerings, pricing, positioning, and outcomes. Translate insights into recommendations for new programs, bundles, package features, and positioning. Work with delivery teams to assess feasibility, run pilots, and determine what scales. AI Tools & Automation: Personally prototype and build tools that help the sales team prepare for calls, recommend programs, create proposals, follow up, and access relevant information. Use AI-assisted coding, low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), and workflow automation to move quickly from concept to working solution. Connect tools with the CRM and existing systems. Own rollout, documentation, adoption, and ongoing improvement; measure time savings and results impact. Revenue Systems & Processes: Own improvements to CRM workflows, lead routing, pipeline stages, follow-up automation, and sales-to-Student-Success handoffs. Maintain clear definitions and reliable data for consistent performance visibility. Identify manual work and operational bottlenecks, then implement practical solutions. Prioritize projects by expected commercial impact and effort. **Success Milestones:** - 30 days: Understand sales process, customer conversations, funnel performance, and systems; identify high-value opportunities and ship an initial improvement. - 60 days: Launch useful sales tools, automations, and measurable commercial experiments with clear ownership and success criteria. - 90 days: Demonstrate impact, establish a prioritized roadmap, and create a repeatable process to turn insights into improvements. **Requirements:** - Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Growth, or commercial business operations. - Demonstrated experience managing and growing a team. - Strong sales judgment developed through direct selling or sustained, close work with a sales team. Understanding of discovery, objections, buying motivations, and deal progression. - Proven track record of personally delivering improvements in conversion, deal value, sales productivity, or revenue growth. - Hands-on experience configuring a CRM, building workflows, and using data to diagnose business problems. - Practical experience building AI tools or automations that others actually use; ability to demonstrate and explain your contribution. - Strong analytical skills including spreadsheets, funnel analysis, dashboards, and experiment measurement. - Ability to move from ambiguous problems to working solutions with limited direction. - Clear communication and ability to earn trust with salespeople, technical partners, and senior leaders. **Particularly Relevant Experience:** - Consultative B2C sales, education, marketplaces, or high-consideration services. - Pricing, packaging, competitive research, or launching new offers. - HubSpot or comparable CRM; automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier; AI-assisted development tools. - SQL, APIs, or scripting skills to independently build and troubleshoot solutions. - Bonus: Prior experience as an Account Executive, sales consultant, founder, or early commercial hire.
