Salary: USD 140,000 - 185,000 / annual
Reformation is a sustainable fashion brand founded in 2009, on a mission to make sustainable fashion accessible to everyone. The company operates 50+ stores globally and maintains its own sustainable factory in LA. They innovate across apparel and accessories categories including shoes, handbags, swimwear, jewelry, and sleepwear.
You will lead the production operation for Reformation's accessories and emerging categories, owning the complete supply chain from bulk material commitments through factory execution to distribution center receipt and quality inspection. This is a hands-on leadership role that will drive operational excellence across multiple product categories and countries while maintaining flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end production for shoes, handbags, swim, jewelry, and emerging categories
- Lead and develop a production team spanning production management and vendor execution
- Manage global vendor strategy, relationships, and performance across finished goods partners
- Drive supplier diversification to support flexibility, risk mitigation, and innovation
- Own bulk raw material commitments and ensure suppliers meet Reformation's environmental, quality, and delivery standards
- Partner with Product Development and Design to scale new sustainable materials into production
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Merchandising, Distribution, Wholesale, and Marketing to translate creative intent into executable production plans
- Own on-time delivery, cost, and quality metrics from PO placement to DC receipt
- Establish operating rhythms with factory partners and manage reporting/tools for vendor alignment
- Oversee capacity planning, raw material commitments, and production calendars
- Travel internationally to key factory and material partners as needed
The role is based in NYC and hybrid (4 days in office). You will report to leadership and work across a mission-driven organization committed to sustainability and circularity goals.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in sourcing and production, preferably in footwear and fashion accessories
- Deep knowledge of footwear, accessories, or multi-category product supply chains
- Proven track record building and managing international vendor networks with expertise in supplier diversification
- Experience leading teams and developing talent in complex, fast-paced environments
- Passion for sustainability, circular systems, and future-forward materials innovation
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams and translate innovation into action
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as business needs dictate
