Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building infrastructure to move money instantly and reliably at internet scale. As Director of Product, Wallets & Treasury, you will own the product strategy for how businesses and consumers store, manage, and deploy capital across Polygon's Open Money Stack.
You will champion enterprise wallet infrastructure, custody solutions, and treasury operations—solving the hard operational problems behind holding money onchain: secure wallet infrastructure, permissions, policies, custody models, compliance, liquidity, and reconciliation with existing financial systems. Your scope spans enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure, and access to onchain financial products.
Key impact areas include: defining enterprise wallet strategy for custodial and non-custodial stablecoin environments; building products for onchain treasury management including balance, liquidity, and permissions; creating programmable money infrastructure via APIs; establishing pathways for productive capital deployment through yield and DeFi; connecting stored balances to payment workflows; developing strong product perspectives on wallet architectures; working directly with fintechs, payment companies, and financial institutions; coordinating ecosystem strategy with wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols; and driving execution from thesis through scaled adoption.
You are a senior product leader with significant experience building enterprise wallets, custody, payments, treasury, or fintech infrastructure—ideally at companies like Fireblocks, Coinbase, Circle, Anchorage, Stripe, or Block. You bring deep understanding of enterprise wallet architecture (custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, security), experience with both custodial and non-custodial models, a track record shipping payments and financial infrastructure at scale, strong knowledge of stablecoins and DeFi, firsthand understanding of business money management needs (security, controls, compliance, reconciliation, reliability), and enough technical depth to work closely with blockchain engineers. You excel at turning broad strategic vision into focused roadmaps and shipping in environments where mistakes involve real money and trust.
