BinSentry is a fast-growing ag-tech company based in Kitchener, Ontario, providing AI-powered solutions for the agriculture supply chain. The company uses optical sensors paired with software to help feed mills, grain handling facilities, and protein producers optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. Currently monitoring over 64,000 bins in real time across North America.
The Director of Product Strategy and Go-To-Market reports to the VP of Product and partners closely with Customer Success and Sales leadership. This is a strategic role focused on four core areas:
1. ROI Framework Ownership: Drive standardization and evolution of BinSentry's proprietary Return on Investment framework. Apply it across customer conversations and deployments, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams in tracking and calculating detailed ROI for pilots and full implementations.
2. Voice of Customer: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customer feedback, feature requests, and case studies documenting successful value creation from existing products.
3. Competitive Intelligence: Develop and maintain a competitive landscape analysis, staying current on direct and indirect competitors and feeding insights into the product roadmap.
4. Product Roadmap Guidance: Guide evolution of the product roadmap and development processes based on insights from the above responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include owning the ROI framework, collecting feedback from customers and internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, Operations), and driving continuous improvement in product development processes, templates, and tools.
Required: 5+ years in strategy, operations, or product roles in technology and/or industrial markets. Agriculture and hardware-enabled SaaS experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills, comfort in fast-paced high-growth environments. Management consulting or banking background a plus. Experience with VC-backed startups or growth-stage PE-backed companies preferred.
