This Director of Product Management role owns the product strategy for seller and merchant growth, specifically driving distribution and go-to-market initiatives. You will lead a team of product managers with a clear mandate: grow Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) across the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting product vision and roadmap for partner integration and seller go-to-market offerings
- Identifying and executing on growth levers: catalog reach, discoverability, partner channels, co-sell motions, packaging, and incentives
- Partnering directly with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce) and strategic technology partners to align product bets with mutual growth opportunities
- Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to compound distribution advantage
- Operating at both strategy and execution levels, influencing executives, partners, and teams
You bring 6+ years of product management experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, cloud, commerce, or distribution environments. You have 3+ years leading and developing product managers. You own a track record of driving material revenue, GMV/NMV, or marketplace growth. You understand distribution economics deeply: packaging, incentives, partner motions, and growth loops. You have proven experience with cloud marketplaces and SaaS/ISV distribution. You approach AI as a working system to move faster and sharpen judgment, with perspective on how AI reshapes software distribution and buying behavior. You bias toward experimentation, measurable impact, and action over polish.
