Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management for Hyperforce, an AI-first compute infrastructure platform. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building platform technologies for high-availability and scale, with emphasis on AI and data workloads. You will develop vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps for the compute infrastructure platform, owning platform maturity improvements for new AI and data application patterns. Key responsibilities include innovating at the infrastructure and platform level by deeply understanding user needs and product fit, leveraging knowledge of IaaS/PaaS and open-source technologies. You'll partner with Salesforce product clouds to ensure all services are available on Hyperforce, including gap analysis on requirements. Customer and partner engagement is critical—you'll deliver roadmap updates, gather product feedback, and identify challenges and opportunities. You'll represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry events, and through community channels. Required: 12+ years of Product Management, Solution Architect, or similar experience with specialization in user-facing products, enterprise-scale infrastructure/platform-as-a-service (IaaS/PaaS), high-availability architecture, application networking, and API management. You must be proficient with data analytics tools (SQL) and AI tools (Claude Code) for product prototypes. Demonstrated experience building product prototypes, writing strategy, and translating customer needs into capabilities. Direct experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Technical degree required, preferably in Software Engineering. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Service Mesh) and applying AI/AIOps to develop strategic platform capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI infrastructure at a leading enterprise software company, working on technologies that power the next generation of AI-driven applications.
