Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the transformation of its quote-to-cash processes. This is a people-management role overseeing a small team of product managers responsible for billing, invoicing, sales opportunity management, credit and collections, pricing and quoting, contract and entitlement management, partner/reseller operations, taxation, bad debt, BI reporting, and ERP implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of product managers with accountability across multiple projects
- Providing horizontal leadership across Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external partners (Stripe, Salesforce)
- Balancing short-term deliverables (product launches), medium-term initiatives (billing migrations), and long-term transformations (ERP implementation)
- Publishing clear roadmaps while remaining responsive to business interrupts and shifting priorities
- Ensuring revenue accuracy and customer service excellence as the top priority
- Communicating with major customers about billing concerns and strategic plans
- Holding teams accountable for delivery commitments
Required qualifications: Proven track record delivering projects in the financial domain (billing, fintech, financial reporting, compliance). Product management experience in companies of similar or larger scope than Cloudflare. Demonstrated success managing teams of product managers in financial/billing domains.
Bonus qualifications: Experience in Internet-native/high-growth companies; technical background or engineering fluency; finance domain expertise; understanding of Internet infrastructure (layers 2-7).
