Rasa is an enterprise platform for building and operating AI agents across chat and voice channels. The company enables organizations to orchestrate complex, multi-step conversations, integrate AI agents with core business systems, and run them reliably in production environments.
As Director of Product Management, you will lead Rasa's product organization and shape the future of conversational AI experiences. You'll drive product strategy across the platform while building and leading a high-performing team of product managers, currently consisting of 4 PMs. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, technical startup environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding product talent and lead a high-impact team
- Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging
- Monitor the market and competitive landscape for AI solutions to build comprehensive product strategy
- Own the roadmap and product definition for your area while contributing to broader product strategy
- Translate requirements from product, domain, and business teams into clear, actionable platform solutions
- Actively seek internal and external feedback to iterate on prototypes and foster a healthy ecosystem around products
You'll report to Björn, the Chief Product Officer, and collaborate closely with a Director of Design and 2 Product Designers.
Required experience: 8+ years in product management with 2+ years leading or mentoring others. Strong background in B2B, developer tools, or technical products. Proven ability to manage products across the full lifecycle (concept, launch, sunset). Experience in enterprise environments, ideally with enterprise-licensed software, on-prem, or cloud deployments. Experience identifying, defining, packaging, pricing, and shipping software within cloud services, infrastructure products, or open-source products with machine learning. Experience engaging large developer communities. Comfortable in fast-growth startups with limited resources and imperfect information.
