As Director of Product Management, you will own product strategy and integrated roadmaps across multiple product domains including catalog platform and search, e-commerce platform experience, supply chain, customer experience, and business systems. You will lead a significant product organization comprising both senior individual contributors and people managers, translating high-level company strategy into actionable, impact-driven roadmaps that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
**Domain Strategy & Portfolio Leadership:** Own product strategy and integrated roadmap across multiple domain areas, ensuring investments focus on highest-value opportunities. Translate company strategy and commercial priorities into coherent, well-sequenced domain roadmaps with clear goals and business rationale. Build and maintain strong domain-level perspective on competitive landscape, customer needs, operational constraints, and technology capabilities. Identify and resolve cross-domain dependencies and tradeoffs, driving alignment so roadmaps are mutually reinforcing. Develop business cases for significant investments and secure alignment across management and senior stakeholders.
**Team Leadership & PM Development:** Lead, develop, and manage a substantial product management organization including individual contributor PMs and PM managers. Build a high-performing team with strong product judgment, communication discipline, and execution rigor. Coach PMs on discovery, prioritization, scoping, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, and outcome measurement. Create a collaborative, accountable team culture where PMs grow in independence and ownership. Drive consistent standards for roadmap development, requirements definition, goal-setting, and retrospective learning.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Serve as vital link between executive leadership, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams. Ensure critical problems are solved with increasing speed and precision. Operate as both visionary leader and hands-on navigator, establishing clear direction while actively resolving tradeoffs and elevating excellence across the product management organization.
