We are seeking a Director of Product to lead Rippling's IT business unit, which encompasses device management, identity & access management, AI governance, ITSM, automated compliance, and inventory management. In this role, you will own strategy and execution across a broad product surface area, hire and develop exceptional product managers, and partner directly with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to build next-generation IT products.
The IT landscape has fundamentally shifted. Modern employees work across multiple devices, applications, permissions, data sources, and AI tools. The traditional IT stack—with MDM, identity, ticketing, inventory, compliance, and access governance as separate systems—creates fragmentation precisely where enterprises need unified control.
